Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Free shipping on orders $50 and over.
- $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
- Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after processing, via USPS or UPS depending on destination.
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. In compliance with state law, we do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, or any local jurisdiction where kratom is prohibited. Orders to these destinations cannot be completed at checkout. See Where We Ship for the current list.
Age requirement
All orders require the customer to confirm they are 21 years of age or older. Kratom products are intended for adults 21+ only.
Packaging & accuracy
Orders ship in plain, discreet, tamper-evident packaging. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not able to reroute a package once it’s in transit, and orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipment costs.
Lost, delayed, or damaged
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@buykratomhere.com with your order number and we’ll make it right. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
