Order information. When you buy from us we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Messages you send. The contact form collects your name, email, topic, optional order or batch reference, and message so we can respond.
Newsletter signups. If you request our welcome code or updates, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of functional cookies: one that remembers your answer to the 21+ age verification so you are not asked on every page, WooCommerce cookies that keep your cart working, and login cookies if you have an account. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
To fulfill and ship orders, respond to messages, send the newsletter you asked for, verify legal eligibility (age and shipping state), prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor (to charge your order), shipping carriers (to deliver it), our email provider (to send order and newsletter email), and our website host. Each receives only what it needs.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
Your choices and rights

Age requirement
