Unopened products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first to receive return instructions; please include your order number.
Opened products
Because our products are consumable botanicals, we cannot restock or resell opened items, and opened products are not returnable. That said, if something is genuinely wrong with what you received, contact us with your order number and the batch code on the package — we will review the batch records and make it right where the product did not meet our standards.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility, except where the return is due to our error.
