Where we sell
We do not ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, or other jurisdictions where kratom is prohibited, including certain local jurisdictions. The current list is on our Where We Ship page. It is your responsibility to know the law where you live; orders placed for delivery to prohibited jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded.
Product information
Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Keep products out of reach of children. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications. Products are sold as botanical specimens; you assume responsibility for lawful, appropriate use.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect the buyer is under 21, the shipping address is in a prohibited jurisdiction, or fraud is suspected. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering.
Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
